WE CURRENTLY ONLY HAVE AVAILABILITIES FOR EVENTS TAKING PLACE FROM FEBRUARY TO MAY 2019. ALL OTHER REQUESTS WILL BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST.
- Zibi is first and foremost a community development project, thus our site is constantly in flux and we cannot guarantee the state in which it will be throughout the year;
- Parking onsite is extremely limited;
- We receive more requests than we have availabilities;
- Zibi only provides the venue, all rentals and services must be acquired separately:
- Given the location of the site, work on the Chaudière Bridge during the warmer months is possible and may result in limited access to the Booth Street Corridor.
Rates and Conditions
- Starting at $3000 for a full day;
- You’re allowed three (3) site visits lasting no more than 1 hour each, for a total of 3 hours;
- Your rental gives you access from 11am the day of your event until 10am the following day, this must include all deliveries, setup, and tear down;
- Additional visits, setup, or tear down hours are billed at $250/h;
- A cleaning fee will be billed to you directly by our service provider;
- A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your booking;
- A security deposit totalling 50% of your total booking will be held as a preauthorization on your credit card the day of the event, which will be released automatically within 72 hours.
